The University of Waterloo Centre for Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence (UW CPAMI) is a centre of excellence in the field of Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence. The centre is of interdisciplinary nature bringing together experts from Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cognitive Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering, Systems Design Engineering, Civil Engineering, Management Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Mathematics, and Statistic. The center will collaborate with a number of industrial partners at the local and the provincial levels and will also cooperate with other centers at University of Waterloo and other Universities.
